Thailand So Far // Travel Series | HelenaAsia

Alright loves, let's get started! I've been in Thailand for a week now and the weather has been super hot for this time of month, since it's supposed to be raining and well kinda chilly. Anyways I haven't done much but I'd thought I'd share with you some of the things I did do!

LETS START WITH ANIMALS!!!

Elephants. Need I say more. Yes, I do and wow I went to an Elephant show and before I say anything else I want to point this out: I don't know if the elephants have been harmed or not, they said they don't harm the elephants but you can never be sure and I am 100% against animal cruelty and am in no way promoting it so no hate please.  Now the brighter side! I watched about 4 elephants dance and twerk to music and it was great! They were soooo cute!!! The baby elephant in the picture was stood there practising his/her booty shake whilst we left the show, AHHHHH CUTENESS OVERLOAD
Moving onto the kittens, so my aunty and her girlfriend have 8 cats, the 4 kittens have been running around the house like crazy and it's just too cute! If only you could see how small they are!

Let's talk 'bout food baby, let's talk 'bout you and me! Dat cake doe, no but seriously the yummiest thing I have ate so far! My aunty and her girlfriend wanted to surprise me and they asked if I wanted a cupcake and I said yes but they came back and put it straight in the freezer and I found out it was this adorable cake hours later! Shabu Shi, basically this is kinda like the Asian version of Yo Yo Sushi which we have in the UK, nonetheless it was delissssss :D And yeah it's sushi if you were wondering. Last but not least a Vietnamese restaurant I went had this lovely vintage vibe to it which I think was definitely due to the classic cars and bikes they had everywhere!!

Finishing off with two trips! I went to the Thao Suranari monument or you could say Ya Mo for short. This is just a monument of the very strong woman who fought in Thailand during the war, with a bunch of other women and won, she is very respected and I had to go and thank her because my mum came here before I was born to ask for me. It's just what a lot of people do when they want a baby girl and they say if you get your daughter then they have to come and thank her.
I went to Ayutthaya which is a city in Thailand and we went to a floating market and there was an awesome little play they were showing. It was about Thailand in the olden days and there was a load of action! Shooting, swords and fight, all fake obviously but still fun to watch!

ALLLLLLLL DONE!

Thooose were just some of my fun and happy moments during my one week here and I plan on doing more!!! Make sure to stay updated with my Twitter for more :D

OR NAH? I don't mind....
